TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Shov. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Shov platform, operated by MMOD, Inc. ("Shov," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By creating an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using Shov, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), are legally able to enter into a binding contract, and agree to abide by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Shov provides a competitive online gaming platform. Users:

• Create an account and deposit funds via our payment processor (Stripe)
• Receive in-game credits as the platform currency (1 credit = USD 1.00)
• Enter matches by spending credits as a buy-in fee
• Compete for hits and prize pools denominated in credits

Credits are platform-only. Credits have no value outside of Shov and are not a cryptocurrency, security, or negotiable instrument. The credit-to-USD rate is set by us and may change on reasonable notice.

Deposits are processed by Stripe. By depositing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the selected credits pack. All sales are final. Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases of fraud, error, or inability to deliver the service.

Each match has an announced buy-in (in credits). Your credits balance is debited upon entry and pooled into the prize pool, less any platform fee disclosed at match start. Prizes are distributed to match participants based on final standings. Contest results depend on skill; outcomes are not guaranteed.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including securing access to the email address you register. Notify us promptly at hi@shov.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, automation, or third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
• Create multiple accounts, share accounts, or sell/transfer accounts
• Interfere with match integrity, collude with other players, or chargeback abuse
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MMOD, INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SHOV.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MMOD, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Shov or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
